WordGlade gives you a personal license to play the Game. Coins are virtual items with no cash value. Purchases are handled by your app store, optional rewarded ads remain available after removing forced ads, and normal consumer rights still apply.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Rotten Farms for your use of the WordGlade mobile game, related content, and services (together, the “Game”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms or make purchases under the law where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
2. Game license and ownership
Subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store rules, Rotten Farms grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
The Game, including its code, interface, artwork, sounds, level designs, branding, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Rotten Farms and protected by intellectual-property laws. This license does not transfer ownership to you.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, publicly distribute, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, interfere with security, extract assets, automate gameplay, or use the Game to create an unauthorized competing product.
3. Virtual coins, rewards, and purchases
Virtual coins
Coins and other rewards are virtual gameplay items. They have no cash value, are not legal currency, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred, traded, redeemed for money, or used outside the Game. We may adjust reward amounts, hint costs, availability, or balancing in future releases while respecting purchases already required to be delivered by law.
Coin packs
Coin packs are consumable purchases. After delivery, coins may be spent on hints and are not restorable across every device or installation unless the app store and Game expressly support that restoration. Removing the Game, clearing its local data, changing devices, or losing device storage may remove locally held progress or unspent coins.
Remove forced ads
The “Remove Ads” purchase removes forced interstitial advertisements for the supported account and platform after successful purchase or restoration. Optional rewarded videos remain available when you deliberately choose to watch one for an offered reward. This purchase does not remove store notices, privacy prompts, or third-party content you intentionally open.
Billing and refunds
Google Play or Apple’s App Store processes all payments, taxes, regional pricing, purchase authorization, and available refunds. Their billing terms apply in addition to these Terms. Rotten Farms does not receive your complete payment-card information. If a purchased item is not delivered, contact us and use the store’s purchase-support process. Nothing here limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Advertising and third-party services
The Game may show interstitial ads at eligible transitions and optional rewarded ads after your explicit choice. Ads and external links may lead to third-party content that Rotten Farms does not control or endorse. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Dictionary definitions are provided for general reference through Free Dictionary API and may contain material sourced from Wiktionary. We do not guarantee that every accepted word will have a definition or that definitions are complete, current, suitable for every audience, or error-free.
Platform features—including purchases, native ratings, ads, online app services, and dictionary requests—may be unavailable because of connectivity, region, device, provider, or store restrictions.
5. Fair use and player conduct
You agree not to:
- Exploit bugs, manipulate local data, automate inputs, falsify purchases, or interfere with rewards or advertising systems.
- Use the Game or its services in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Game, its providers, networks, or related systems.
- Remove ownership notices or misrepresent Rotten Farms content as your own.
We may restrict or end access to online features where reasonably necessary to protect the Game, providers, players, legal compliance, or the integrity of purchases and rewards.
6. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We work to keep WordGlade enjoyable and reliable, but the Game is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, permanent preservation of local progress, or error-free words, definitions, ads, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rotten Farms will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data or progress, or loss caused by third-party stores, ads, APIs, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that law does not allow us to exclude.
7. Updates, termination, and changes
We may update the Game to add levels and features, rebalance gameplay, improve security, comply with platform rules, or discontinue functionality. Some updates may be required to continue using online features.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, purchase limitations, disclaimers, and liability terms—survive termination.
We may update these Terms when the Game or legal requirements change. The current version will remain at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept it, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without taking away mandatory consumer protections or rights available in the country where you live. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Nothing prevents either party from using a court, regulator, or dispute process available under applicable law.
